By entering Horrified, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must leave the platform immediately and seek safer grounds.
2. Content Warning
Horrified contains mature, frightening, and potentially disturbing content. User discretion is heavily advised. We are not responsible for any sleepless nights, paranoia, or supernatural phenomena you may experience.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use this platform respectfully. Harassment, spam, or the upload of illegal or genuinely harmful content (outside the realm of fictional horror) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate banishment.
4. Creator Intellectual Property
Stories, clips, and art uploaded by creators remain their intellectual property. By posting on Horrified, creators grant us a non-exclusive license to display and promote their nightmares across the platform.
5. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to the Horrified community.
