RETURN POLICY
Once you open the box, you can't close it.
1. Physical Merchandise
For physical items conjured from our store, returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, cursed, or significantly different from its description. You must initiate a return request within 14 days of delivery.
2. Condition of Returns
Returned items must be in their original packaging, untouched by dark rituals. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of use or tampering.
3. How to Return
Contact our support team with photographic evidence of the issue. If accepted, we will provide you with a return label. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the nature of the horror.
